Different minds deserve learning built with them in mind.
Weems-Rosenduft Academy is a complete, individualized school-year program and immersive learning campus. Four quarterly journeys connect New York learning standards with real-life skills, creative practice, career exploration, trusted resources and learning worlds students can enter from a headset, phone, tablet or computer. Every room adjusts for age, starting skill and support needs while instructors receive the plans, tools and evidence systems needed to support the entire year.
Walk into the lesson. Practice it. Bring the evidence back.
Learn photography inside a working studio. Build music skills at the learner's actual starting point. Practice filmmaking and editing with guided software missions. Develop a book from idea through revision. Explore engineering, entrepreneurship, wellness, history and civil rights through environments designed for hands-on minds—not passive scrolling. Join a live instructor or begin anytime with a subject-specific 24-hour Academy Guide. Approved field studies can also move through photorealistic geography powered by Google Maps Platform while Academy records remain inside the protected school system. The Theater and Screening Hall also supports rehearsal, show running, full productions and a media-control center where human operators always retain authority over AI-assisted cues.
Teaching, communication and evidence move in one flow.
The Academy connects live and anytime instruction with protected school-day communication, consent-based travel coordination and administrator-reviewed records. Every role sees the tools it needs without receiving unrestricted access to the entire school.
Live Avatar Studio
Instructors can teach from a phone, tablet or computer using a customizable character or optional photograph. A headset is not required.
Guided virtual learning
Learners enter at their current skill level, focus on the instructor or join an approved discussion, and return completed evidence to the school record.
Principal's Office
Attendance, time in class, mission progress, instructor notes and assessment evidence collect in one administrator-controlled back office.
Manual at every step
Every participant reviews a role-specific orientation at first sign-in and can reopen the clickable handbook or downloadable PDF from the dashboard.
A curriculum that grows with both students and instructors.
Each quarter builds academic progress, independence and confidence without placing the weight of the entire school year on the screen at once.

Created by Jestina Weems-Rosenduft
As a homeschooling mother, creative educator and parent who understands neurodivergence personally, Jestina built the Academy around the truth that education has to fit real family life—not fight against it.
The platform integrates academics with changing schedules, appointments, travel, family responsibilities, online learning, physical materials, creative work and each learner’s individual needs. It turns a complete school year into clear quarterly journeys that build skills, independence and confidence without overwhelming students or instructors.
“The goal is not simply to finish assignments. It is to help each child understand how they learn, believe in what they can do, and use those skills in real life.”
School should point toward a future.
Learners investigate the work, benefits, risks, training, education and practical steps behind possible careers.
